formating, formating

to change the format, and thus, force every one to follow the format in the followed 1 weeks or so and keep changing in a very tough tim line, is the most rediculous thing we have ever met and, unfortunately, what we need to do.

Totally of no efficiency and waste organization engergy.

So, 2 learnings:

1. try, try to see from another angle;

2. focus on those worth.

If a 3rd, should be, never be a stupid boss like that we you have chance to be a manager.
